Privacy notice

2. What we process

  • Waitlist and alerts: your email address, language, optional region and alert preference, signup and confirmation time (double opt-in).
  • Hosting logs: IP address and browser data processed by the hosting provider for security and operation.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies and do not track users across sites.

A page view stores the path, language and day together with the connecting IP address and the user agent, so our own checks, crawlers and other visitors can be told apart. We do not set a cookie or a device id. We keep that IP address and user agent for 30 days because this notice did not state a retention period for server logs.

3. Data from official notices

We summarise auction notices from the public portals SodneDrazbe.si and furs.edrazbe.si. We do not collect, store or publish personal data of parties to proceedings or other natural persons. An automated filter removes names (debtors, judges, enforcement agents, administrators), addresses (street, house number, coordinates), identification numbers (EMŠO, tax and company numbers, IBAN), VINs, registration plates, parcel and land-register numbers before anything is stored. We publish only facts about the item for sale (type, municipality, area, prices, dates) and a link to the official notice.

4. Purposes and legal basis

  • An email when a new listing matches the municipality and type you chose – consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Security and operation – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Retention

Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. The IP address and user agent stored with a page view are deleted after 30 days because this notice did not state a retention period for server logs.

6. Processors

Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc.. Email: Brevo. Data processing agreements will be in place; any third-country transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (unsubscribe link in every email). You may complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).

8. Takedown

If you believe a page contains personal data or other unlawful content, write to [email protected]. We remove it promptly on a substantiated request.
