The service
DražbeRadar is an independent catalogue of publicly announced Slovenian court and FURS auctions. Browsing auctions, prices and dates is free. Plus provides organized access to available participation information and links to original official notices and documents. Documents at their official publishers are public; the subscription does not provide exclusive access to them.
Availability of individual documents and details depends on the official source. Check the current official notice before participating. Membership does not register you for an auction, submit a bid, pay a deposit or provide legal advice. Auction email alerts are not yet part of the working service.
Account and access
Member content requires a valid account and an active subscription. Kinde hosts sign-in and account management; Stripe processes payments. Protect access to your email account and sign-in details. Access requires a current browser, JavaScript, essential cookies and an internet connection.
Plans and payment
The offered plans are €9 monthly and €79 annually. Both prices are final. The operator is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. Before you confirm an order, the payment screen shows the billing period and final amount. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. There is no free trial. Purchasing is available only when payment is enabled on the site.
Managing and cancelling a subscription
Use Account or Manage subscription to manage your plan. In the hosted account, choose to cancel the plan and review the displayed cancellation effect and any credit before confirming. If your account is unavailable, contact [email protected]. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.
Consumer withdrawal and service issues
If you are a consumer, a distance contract for services carries a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. Starting to use the service does not automatically waive this right. Send a clear withdrawal statement to [email protected] or the operator’s postal address, including your account email and order date.
You may use: “I withdraw from my DražbeRadar subscription contract concluded on [date], for account [email]. Full name: [name]. Date: [date].” Refunds and any proportional payment are handled under applicable consumer protection rules. These terms do not restrict statutory remedies for a non-conforming digital service.
